Hired by Jonathan Cheban, a reality star, friend of Kim Kardashian and restaurateur, Ben’s General Contracting completed construction of the Lynbrook Burger Bandit–the very first Long Island burger Bandit.

Every project has a story. For Burger Bandit, it was a story of transformation and the realization of a dream the owner first conceived of over a decade ago while in college.

Our challenge: transforming a defunct Quiznos into a fast-casual family-friendly burger restaurant that creates a memorable experience for patrons.

The solution: a unique design and construction including elegant architectural features, contemporary industrial and natural wood textures, thoughtful lighting that illuminates key spaces, and construction of a stunning kitchen and dining room area featuring a combination of polished concrete, stainless steel, natural wood materials, glass see through walls and contemporary seating arrangements. • Build 2 handicap baths, prep room , small office and an open grill kitchen
• Prepared plumbing for full service grill and kitchen
• New walk in refrigerator and freezer
• High efficiency Led Track lighting with a custom hanging system
• Finished concrete floor: sand or hone the existing concrete, stain the concrete, apply clear finish coat
• Open ceiling with new exposed spiral ductwork
• Build Custom stainless steel soffit above serving counter
• Stained concrete serving counter with custom glass sneeze guard
• Custom Colored art glass wall border with stainless trim
• Build custom wood suspended ceiling  above new glass vestibule
• Suspended custom wood beams in dining room with stainless steel hardware
• Hung on aircraft wire
• Suspended track lighting
• New freestyle coca cola machine installed
• Logo wall:  textured wood panel wall with up lit burger bandit logo
• Simulated wood Tile wainscot with stainless steel chair rail in dining area
• White subway tile wainscot with painted wood trim  in dining room
