Fitness Center Renovation in East Quogue
Ben’s General Contracting is pleased to announce we are in the process of renovating a fitness gym and tennis club. The owner’s representatives came to us in the Spring of 2024. They had architectural plans to renovate their lobby and locker rooms and convert an aerobics room into a new pickleball court.
Although they had a full set of complete architectural drawings, they needed commercial building design to help develop the project. They agreed to sign on to our preconstruction service agreement. In a very short time, we worked hand in hand with the gym’s representative to help them choose plumbing fixtures, tile and bath accessories.
The project started the first phase in the summer of 2024 which is the complete renovation of a men’s and women’s locker rooms, complete with saunas, showers, and full baths. I am pleased to say that the first phase came in on time and the owners are thrilled with our work.
