Restaurant Patio   Commercial Construction Long Island

This Patio centered in Freeport’s wonderful Nautical Mile is going up fast.  This owner came to Ben’s General Contracting in great need of our preconstruction process.    We consulted with  them on choosing their masonry products and how to secure a permit in a timely fashion.  We referred them to a great local architect and  walked them trough the process applying for site plan review board and the building department .  The biggest challenge of the project has been how to handle the poor soil conditions below the patio.    Our architects solution was to install  helical piles and epoxy-coated rebar grade beam below this new masonry patio.  The project is complete with brick pavers, stone planter, lighting and railing.  The owners are so excited that the job came in on time and on budget.  Just in time to open the waterfront area get back to business.
