Restaurant Patio Coming Soon!  Commercial Construction Long Island

This Patio centered in Freeport’s wonderful Nautical Mile is going up fast.  This owner came to Ben’s General Contracting in great need of our preconstruction process.    We have been consulting them on choosing their masonry products and how to secure a permit in a timely fashion and now we are ready to go.  The biggest challenge of the project has been how to handle the poor soil conditions below the patio.  We recommended a knowledgeable and qualified architect who specified helical piles and epoxy-coated rebar grade beam below this new brick patio.   MORE PICTURES COMING SOON as the project unfolds.
